AllInvestView
Tap a star to rate
AllInvestView is a read-only portfolio tracker built for investors who want clarity across every asset class they own. The platform syncs holdings from 30+ brokerages or accepts manual entry, then displays them in a single dashboard with real-time prices and professional-grade analytics typically reserved for institutional fund managers. It never holds or trades assets itself, only views them.
One Dashboard for Everything You Hold
The site claims support for 200,000+ assets available worldwide, with the ability to track across 50+ currencies. You can monitor stocks, bonds, ETFs, mutual funds, options, cryptocurrencies, real estate with rental income, and custom assets. The allocation view shows how your portfolio splits across stocks, bonds, ETFs, options, crypto and real estate in one view, and the platform also breaks down exposure by country, region and industry sector.
Real-time profit and loss tracking shows daily P&L, total returns, CAGR and unrealised gains across all holdings. For real estate specifically, you can record properties, mortgages, rental income and expenses, and monitor cap rate, NOI, cash-on-cash return and property appreciation. Crypto holdings appear alongside traditional investments, and a cash account section accepts any currency.
The site lists support for stocks and ETFs across 80+ global exchanges, with full details for bonds including YTM, duration, convexity and accrued coupon. Options tracking includes the full Greeks (Delta, Gamma, Theta and Vega), with Black-Scholes pricing and P&L analysis. The platform does not publish details on the quality of pricing data or the frequency of real-time updates.
Getting Your Assets Into AllInvestView
The platform offers three pathways to load your holdings. Broker sync works with Trading 212, Interactive Brokers, DEGIRO, Schwab, eToro, AJ Bell, Fidelity and Wealthsimple, and the site indicates this provides automatic sync through secure read-only connections. A smart CSV import option claims magic auto-detection plus ready-made templates for your broker, so you upload your export file and the system parses it. Manual entry is also available, with autocomplete across the 200,000+ asset database and is always available as a fallback.
The site does not specify how often automatic syncs refresh or what happens when a broker connection breaks. For manual entry and CSV import, the platform does not publish refresh intervals. The FAQ mentions the platform has 30+ broker integrations, but the homepage lists only 8 brokers by name, so there is a gap between what the site claims overall and what it names specifically. If your broker is not among the named 8, you would need to check the full list or use CSV import, but the platform does not provide that list on the homepage.
The options and real estate calculators work offline once you have loaded your positions. The bond calculator requires no syncing. All connections to brokers operate as read-only, so AllInvestView can never initiate a trade or move money on your behalf.
Analytics and Tax Reporting
The site names several professional analytics tools. Benchmark comparison lets you compare each holding against VOO, SPY or any benchmark. Monte Carlo simulation projects thousands of possible portfolio outcomes to show the range of returns you might expect over time. Value at Risk (VaR) quantifies downside risk at 95% and 99% confidence levels. An efficient frontier analysis applies Markowitz mean-variance optimization to find the portfolio mix that maximizes returns for your risk level. A correlation matrix shows a colour-coded heatmap of how your assets move together.
The platform publishes Sharpe Ratio and Alpha scores to measure risk-adjusted returns, displaying CAGR, Alpha, Beta and Sharpe Ratio across the entire portfolio. The dividend tracking tools include an interactive calendar showing payment dates, ex-dividend dates and record dates. The site also describes a dividend score and yield on cost to evaluate dividend quality, plus projected income and year-over-year growth tracking.
For tax reporting, the platform generates capital gains and tax reports for your country in minutes. It supports 14 tax jurisdictions: the United States, United Kingdom, Germany, Spain, France, Italy, Netherlands, Canada, Australia and more, with configurations for each. You can choose among FIFO, LIFO, average cost or specific identification for cost basis methods, configure multiple tax brackets with different rates, and the system automatically flags wash sale violations. Loss carry-forward tracking lets you optimize your tax position year after year. Export options include PDF, Excel and CSV formats.
The mobile apps for iOS and Android sync with your web account, showing the same portfolio data, holdings, dividends and broker connections wherever you are.
Pricing and What You Do Not Get
AllInvestView publishes no pricing table on the homepage. The site states "Get Started Free", "No credit card required" and "Free forever" for its core offering. The platform also mentions "Premium plans add advanced analytics, unlimited portfolios, tax reports and additional features", but no dollar amounts or plan names appear in the captured pages. The FAQ says "Yes" when asked "Is it free?" and adds that "The free plan includes core portfolio tracking features with no time limit" but does not publish what the premium plans cost or how they differ from the free tier beyond the general description. To determine whether unlimited portfolios, tax reports or advanced analytics matter for your use case, you would need to sign up and explore the free account, then check the pricing page that the site links to but does not embed.
The platform does not specify whether the free tier is limited by number of assets, portfolio complexity, or any other dimension beyond the vague "core features". It also does not state how much historical data is stored free versus in a paid tier, how often you can export data, or how many custom portfolios the free plan allows. The site does not publish a trial period for premium plans.
Who This Suits and Who It Does Not
AllInvestView is built for investors who want professional portfolio analytics without trading through the platform itself. The read-only design is a strength if you are managing accounts across multiple brokers and want a single analytical view, and a constraint if you are looking for a place to execute trades or a robo-advisor that rebalances your portfolio automatically. The site explicitly states "AllInvestView never has access to execute trades in your brokerage account. View-only, always" and "Your data is never sold or shared. No third-party trackers, no ads, no fine print."
The 200,000+ asset support and multi-broker sync mean the platform should handle complex portfolios with international holdings, options and real estate. If you need to manually enter positions one by one, the CSV import and autocomplete should speed that up, but the platform offers no indication of how much time it takes to load a portfolio with hundreds of positions. The tax reporting for 14+ jurisdictions is useful for multi-country investors, though anyone outside those listed jurisdictions would need to export and handle taxes separately. The dividend and real estate tracking are genuine extras, but nothing on the site quantifies how far those features lag or lead compared to specialized dividend trackers like DivTracker.
AllInvestView is not a budgeting app or a spending tracker. It assumes you already own investments and want analytics, not that you are learning to invest from scratch.
